Who conducts inspections?

Bureau Veritas.  Starting January 1, 2022, all inspection requests, including re-inspections, will be coordinated by the City of Johnson City.  Inspection requests for the next business day must by requested by 4 p.m. CST.  Please contact the City by calling 830.868.7111, Ext. 8, or by emailing rschroder@johnsoncitytx.org.

Who reviews plans?

Bureau Veritas (BV).  During the plan review process, BV may contact the applicant for questions and/or revisions to the submitted plan set.

What are the local building codes?
