-Building Footprint and Distance from Property Lines
-Platted Building Setback Lines (if applicable)
-Driveways
-Easements

3.  Energy Compliance Report (2015 edition of “The International Energy Conservation Code”)
4.  Stamped, Engineered Foundation Plans and Letters (form survey required prior to plumbing rough inspection)
5.  House Plan Set (Qty. 2):

-¼” = 1’ Scale
-Room Dimensions (including Ceiling Heights) and Names
-Window and Door Types
-Cabinet and Fixture Types
-Exterior Materials
-Roof Slopes
-Chimneys (if applicable)
-Overhangs
-Framing
-Electrical and Plumbing Plans:

-¼” = 1’ scale
-Location of Receptacles, Outlets, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Detectors, Light Fixtures, Service Equipment, and Panels
-Location of Fixtures, Water Heaters, and Gas Outlets

6.  Engineered Driveway Approach Plans (driveways accessing State rights of way require TxDOT review and approval)
