ANNEXATION OF PRIVATELY-OWNED PROPERTIES

The City Council of the City of Johnson City, TX will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of the following privately-owned properties on May 20th, 2025 at 6 p.m. C.S.T. at City Hall, 303 E. Pecan Dr., Johnson City, TX 78636:

8.093 acres of land out of the Joseph Duel Survey No. 172, Abstract No. 147, Blanco County, Texas, and being all of Lot 15, of the Encinitas Subdivision, an addition to Blanco County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page 111, of the Plat Records of Blanco County, Texas, and a portion of that certain 42.0 acre tract described in Document No. 215499, of the Official Public Records of Blanco County, Texas, and a portion of that certain 11.65 acre tract described in said Document No. 215499.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING AMENDMENT APPLICATION – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

The City of Johnson City, TX has received a Zoning Amendment Application from Lee Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit for a Permanent Mobile Food Court located at 210 S. US Hwy. 281, Johnson City, TX 78636.

The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold Public Hearings on the Zoning Amendment Application on May 27th and June 3rd, 2025, respectively, at 6 p.m. C.S.T. at City Hall, 303 E. Pecan Dr., Johnson City, TX 78636. The public is invited to attend.
