All building projects within the City’s corporate limits must comply with the following technical codes:
- 2015 edition of the “International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings”
- 2015 edition of “International Building Code”
- 2015 edition of the “National Electrical Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Plumbing Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Mechanical Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Energy Conservation Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Fuel and Gas Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Fire Code”
- 2015 edition of the “International Swimming Pool and Spa Code”
Residential and commercial properties must comply with the 2015 edition of the “International Property Maintenance Code.”
